Review: Butlers' Printed Models 6mm WW2 Tanks (Panzer I & II)

I got my hands on a few 6mm tanks from Butler Printed Models , a company that specializes in 3D printing their designs, offering them from 6mm to up to 1/48th, in both resin and filament.  Resin print Pz II. In this review, we'll look at both the more expensive resin and the cheaper PLA in the form of the Panzer I and II , which fit my 6mm WW2 North Africa project.  PLA print Pz I. I'll admit I was slightly worried about how such small tanks would look in PLA print, but I was surprised to find that they looked surprisingly good! Yes, when you look at the tanks from a few inches away you can see that there are layers, but from a game distance they are absolutely fine, which for a price of less than a pound per tank is great.  Left to Right: Resin tank, PLA tank with Resin Turret, PLA Tank. Review of German Heer (Winter) Weapons Teams

This year Warlord Games launched a new variant of their resin called Warlord Resin Plus™ and I got my hands on these new winter grenadiers . As always with these weapon teams, it's three pairs of classics - Sniper, Flamethrower and AT weapon, in this case Panzerschreck. Which if you want to take a good look at the unpainted models, I have a short unboxing video on youtube . Which Panzerschreck makes the set automatically a mid/late war thing, but individually the models are usable for earlier times - the flamethrower team has classic German jackboots, as does the spotter for the sniper, so they're easily usable for the beginning of the war. In addition to the models, there are bases in the box and, as is usual with new packs, order dice.  The advantages of the Warlord Resin Plus™ include that it is supposed to have sharp details and good handling/cleaning, and I have to say this is true and I do really well with it. In the last few games (and passing foreign forums) I noticed a few mistakes that some people make or inconsistencies in the rules. Alternatively, rules that are not played completely. AK47 Republic Reloaded - Review of wargame with fog of war

While the Cold War never escalated into a hot phase in Europe, it did merge with (often bloody) decolonisation in Africa and Asia, and the Western and Eastern blocs engaged in many major and minor wars with supplies of weapons and equipment (and often advisers or volunteers). The iconic weapon of these conflicts was the Soviet Kalashnikov rifle, whose importance is evidenced by the fact that it is incidentally also on the flag of the African nation of Mozambique, after which the AK47 Republic ruleset by Peter Pig is named, who also publishes his own line of 15mm figures for the game.
