"Fix Bayonets and die like British Soldiers do!"
RN sailor, Sudan. |
Royal Marines and Sailors in Zululand. |
Composed of Officier, Journalist, group of Soldiers (Royal marines), Trained Askaris (RN sailors) and two Askaris and Young Warriors (Natal Native Contingent auxiliaries).
The officer is build from Perry plastic Zulu range - just straight from the command sprue.
"Journalist" (ie Marine officier with notebook) is metal model from Empress miniatures.
Marines are from Warlord Games plastic British Zulu infantry box with bugler from Perry plastic command sprue.
Sailors are from the same box, but with some minor conversions involing cutting and green stuff work.
Native auxiliaries are mix off Perry and Warlord plastic Zulus.
I'm aiming to expand it for bigger 100pts collum for Congo and then for classic colonial force for Osprey The Men Who Would Be Kings.
Rule Britannia!
Looking awesome!
