How to use Pikemans Lament for "Large Battles" with Epic Pike and Shotte models from Warlord Games

Everytime I post photos from playing Pikemans Lament with Warlord Games Pike & Shotte Epic Battles miniatures, Ive got couple of guys asking me, what kind of house rules we use. So, here we go!

Also, its not usable just Epic Pike and Shotte, but for anybody trying to use Pikemans Lament in 15mm or even 6mm wargaming, or for somebody looking for house rules to play larger battles in 28mm scale.
